-----------------------------------Oklahoma City's Big Brother's Corrupt Legal System
2006 JAN: Seldom in our modern system of criminal justice do we see such abuse and criminal activity as in Oklahoma City. We see innocent persons convicted largely on the basis of  false, misleading and unfounded testimony by witnesses who were paid by the government to testify and those within the legal system who are willing to say or do anything to please the district attorney's office. A justice system so flawed and untrustworthy that it should be replaced from bottom to top. Until that time, it is certain there will be more cases such as that of Roger Brotherton and Jeffrey Todd Pierce, an innocent man convicted for a terrible crime, and who as a result of a corrupt justice system, lost his family, fifteen years of his life and his future. All this without compensation from a state willing only to say "We're Sorry" and do nothing to compensate Mr. Pierce for his losses.

Until such time as districts attorney, police officers and crime lab personnel are held criminally liable for their lies, deceptions and false testimony we are certain to have a criminal justice bordering on a criminal enterprise in itself. It's time we started enforcing the law on those sworn to uphold it. A very good place to start in Oklahoma would be with Oklahoma City District Attorney Wes Lane, Joyce Gilchrist, Susan Caswell, Lou Keel, Detective Robert Mathews, and Bob Macy, plus numerous others whom are criminals that have infested the legal system. Below are just a few examples covering the tainted Oklahoma City legal system.

The Oklahoma City District Attorneys wife, named Lori Hansen, failed her mandatory drug test in July of 2005, but it wasn't reported or known until December of 2005 in an article by Daily Oklahoman reporter Mr. McMahan. The Oklahoma City District Attorneys wife was on a five year probation with the Oklahoma Medical Board after she pleaded guilty to two drug felony counts in 2002. In the article, the arrogance and lack of professional conduct was again verified by Oklahoma City District Attorney Wes Lane. According to the report, Wes Lane stated, " Honestly, she could go through all the motions and stay in practice and their was no criminal wrongdoing in his wife's probation violation and that no decisions have been made concerning punishment or legal prosecution." In the article Lane was reported as saying this latest incident has helped him become a better prosecutor. And he is correct, he has become better at letting those close to the police department and the district attorneys office go free from a just prosecution by the state, where other citizens would no doubt be charged with criminal acts and incarcerated. Wes Lane's wife, Dr. Lori Hansen, an admitted drug offender. Hansen pled guilty to two felony drug offenses on 11/20/2001, just over four months after her husband was appointed to office. The guilty plea was allegedly arranged in a "deal" to spare Dr. Hansen jail time for obtaining a controlled drug by misrepresentation. In the "plea deal" Lori Hansen admitted that she wrote bogus prescriptions  between January 1997 and June 2000. Wes Lane's office never charged his wife of the previous drug crimes committed in the1997 though 2000 time frame and failed to even investigate it. If they had investigated it, then Lori Hansen would have had more charges filed against her. It seems Lori Hansen had committed numerous drug felo
