Big Brother Is Watching You!
-------------------------United States & China Heading for Nuclear Armageddon?2005
-
Chinese General Zhu Chenghu stated, " China is prepared to use nuclear
weapons against The United States if they get involved in a China-Taiwan
confrontation. If the Americans are determined to interfere, we will respond."
The Chinese government down played the General Zhu remarks, but it displayed
the aggressive attitude of the Chinese military leaders. In the past China
has vowed to retake Taiwan by force if necessary. The Zhu statement have
raised concerns at the Pentagon. China has already retargeted 75% of it's
nuclear missiles to hit American cities. Other factors in this report include
India and Pakistan, who have nuclear weapons and lie on the borders of
China. US President Bush has already agreed to let India buy civilian nuclear
technology from America which makes this a more volatile nuclear and political
agenda. President Bush made this commitment to India's prime minister Manmohan
Singh in a July 2005 meeting in Washington DC. This US-India nuclear pact
may have been made to thwart any military aggression by China. This
US-India nuclear alliance may very well have the opposite effect in which
India and China become allies against the US since they border each other,
plus India and China's combined population of 2.7 billion account for almost
50% of the world's total population. One must also consider the choice
of US allies in the past such as Saddam Husein, Osama bin-Laden, Manuel
Noriega, and alledged Mafia boss Lucky Lucianno during WW II. One can see
how todays US allies will be tommorrows enimies

North Korean ruler Kim Jong II may feel he has the upper hand in a dangerous
nuclear game. If North Korea were to enact any military aggression, it
will trigger a United Nations response just as it did in 1950. The superiority
of American technologies and it's space weapons program, as well as network-centric
will reduce North Korea to rubble as the world will not allow another Hiroshima
to descend on mankind.

FROM THE NEUTRON BOMB TO THE ADS LASER WEAPON-------------------------------------
4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of
the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men
which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that
they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment
of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
This weapon and future weapons will be deployed in space and numerous nations such as Russia and China have vowed to prevent this military use of space, even if they have to use military force. The frantic statements by both Russia and China were made with a total confirmation that any nation that uses space to deploy military weapons will be attacked, using what ever military means available. In retrospect, what would the United States policy be if Iran or North Korea were to deploy these weapons in space? The answer to that question is our present war in Iraq due to the rumors that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and the US invaded Iraq in what seems now a winless and costly war.. The more terrifying aspect of these new weapons is that the US government will use these new laser weapons on their own citizens in order to Protect National Security during any type of insurrection or civilians protesting certain acts which they feel unconstitutional or immoral committed by the government.
One of the earliest versions of the ADS System 1 was deployed at the Air Force Research Base at Kirkland N.M. in the fall of 2004. Engineers are working on other applicable uses of ADS such as laser beams to shoot down missiles and micro wave beams to disable electronics, such as the detonation of a nuclear weapon which achieves the same goal, known as EMP, Electronic Magnetic Pulse. In a nuclear explosion, a high altitude nuclear detonation produces an immediate flux of gamma rays from the nuclear reactions within the device. These photons in turn produce high energy free electrons by Compton scattering at altitudes between (roughly) 20 and 40 km. These electrons are then trapped in the Earths magnetic field, giving rise to an oscillating electric current. This current is asymmetric in general and gives rise to a rapidly rising radiated electromagnetic field called an electromagnetic pulse (EMP). Because the electrons are trapped essentially simultaneously, a very large electromagnetic source radiates coherently. The pulse can easily span continent sized areas, and this radiation can affect systems on land, sea, and air. The first recorded EMP incident accompanied a high altitude nuclear test over the South Pacific and resulted in power system failures as far away as Hawaii. A large device detonated at 400–500 km over Kansas would knock out all of the electronic devices and power grids.

-------------------------------------------------------------------THE
DOOMSDAY BOMB
The idea of the cobalt bomb originated with Leo Szilard who publicized
it in Feb.1950,not as a serious proposal for a weapon, but to point out
that it would soon be possible in principle to build a single weapon that
would kill everyone on earth. To design such a weapon a radioactive isotope
is needed that can be dispersed world wide before it decays. The design
would be reminiscent of a fission-fusion-fission weapon.A thick cobalt
metal blanket is used to capture the fusion neutrons to
maximize the fallout hazard.Instead of generating additional explosive
force from fast fission U-238 the cobalt is transmuted into Co-60 which
produces energetic & penetrating gamma rays. Leo Szilard had also considered
The Neutron Bomb and it's effects of this intense burst of high-energy
neutrons is the principal destructive mechanism. Neutron bombs could be
used as strategic anti-missile weapons or as tactical weapons intended
for use against armored forces. As an anti-missile weapon, ER weapons were
developed to protect United States Intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM)
silos from incoming Soviet warheads by damaging their electronic components
with the intense neutron flux. Tactical neutron bombs are primarily intended
to kill soldiers who are protected by armor. Armored vehicles are extremely
resistant to blast and heat produced by nuclear weapons, so the effective
range of a nuclear weapon against tanks is determined by the lethal range
of the radiation, although this is also reduced by the armor. By emitting
large amounts of lethal radiation of the most penetrating kind, ER warheads
maximize the lethal range of a given yield of nuclear warhead against armored
targets. One problem with using radiation as a tactical anti-personnel
weapon is that to bring about rapid incapacitation of the target, a radiation
dose that is many times the lethal level must be administered. A radiation
dose of 6 Gy is normally considered lethal. It will kill at least half
of those who are exposed to it, but no effect is noticeable for several
hours. Neutron bombs were intended to deliver a dose of 80 Gy to produce
immediate and permanent incapacitation. A 1 kt ER warhead can do this to
a T-72 tank crew at a range of 690 m, compared to 360 m for a pure fission
bomb. For a "mere" 6 Gy dose, the distances are 1100 m and 700 m respectively,
and for unprotected soldiers 6 Gy exposures occur at 1350 m and 900 m.
The lethal range for tactical neutron bombs exceeds the lethal range for
blast and heat even for unprotected troops.
The neutron flux can induce significant amounts of short-lived secondary radioactivity in the environment in the high flux region near the burst point. The alloy steels used in armor can develop radioactivity that is dangerous for 24-48 hours. If a tank exposed to a 1 kt neutron bomb at 690 m (the effective range for immediate crew incapacitation) is immediately occupied by a new crew, they will receive a lethal dose of radiation within 24 hours. Authorities say that the common perception of the neutron bomb as a "landlord bomb" that would kill people but leave buildings undamaged is greatly overstated. At the conventional effective combat range (690 m), the blast from a 1 kt neutron bomb will destroy or damage to the point of inutility almost any civilian building. Thus the use of neutron bombs to stop an enemy attack, which requires exploding large numbers of them to blanket the enemy forces, would also destroy all buildings in the area. Another view of the neutron bomb and its tactics exists. The inventor of the neutron bomb, Samuel Cohen, wrote a book in which he stated that the effective range of a pure neutron bomb exceeded 10 km of altitude. Cohen stated explicitly that "enhanced radiation" weapons deployed in Germany during the cold war were political compromises designed to have substantial blast, with radiation effects deliberately reduced to eliminate any possibility of surviving structures. He also quoted radiation releases of 1 kGy at the ground from pure neutron weapons exploded at 10 km. The neutron absorption spectra of air is disputed, and may depend in part on absorption by hydrogen from water vapor. It therefore might vary exponentially with humidity, making high-altitude neutron bombs immensely more deadly in desert climates than in humid ones. This effect also varies with altitude. According to Cohen, one possible tactic of using such "true" neutron bombs is therefore to launch them as defensive weapons against armored attacks. Civilians enter fallout shelters, and the bomb is exploded 10 km over the armored attack. Portable armor is said to be unable to shield tank and aircraft crews. In such an event, a city's trees and grass would have been killed by radiation, but buildings would remain undamaged for the emerging civilians (who would however have to wait several days for certain short-lived isotopes to decay). Such neutron bombs would be very potent anti-ship weapons. A major supporter of Cohen's research was the U.S. Navy. The neutron bomb was invented at the Lawrence Livermore national laboratory by Samuel Cohen and first included in the United States nuclear arsenal in 1974.

A recent report mentioned The Neutron Bomb Plan against Terrorist States, also known as the Lucom Plan, reportedly to save the United States from being destroyed as a great nation by worldwide terrorism. If this report is valid, and I do hope it's not, it is another step toward a global war. Some have suggested that President Bush and Congress must realize the very survival of the United States as a great nation is now at stake. The United States will not survive unless President Bush and Congress take action now before there is another terrorist strike. How could the terrorists accomplish this final tall order? They could strike Boulder Dam, causing a huge power shortage. Even more deadly would be poisoning the water supply of New York City with the lethal bacterium anthrax. It is not widely known that anthrax is a silent, deadly killer. One hundred million lethal doses per gram (a teaspoonful) is 100,000 times more deadly than the most deadly chemical warfare weapon. (Time Almanac, 2001) Instead of being "politically correct," Some Washington fanatics feel President Bush must be like the great Harry Truman, who was "politically incorrect" in having the courage to drop the atomic bomb on Japan, immediately ending World War II and saving thousands of American soldiers' lives. The insolence in even suggesting that President Bush must immediately drop the neutron bomb, ending the terrorist war immediately, is as fanatical as terrorism itself. These pinheads in Washington who feel that Bush must drop the neutron bomb instead of allowing the war to continue, which would keep his high approval ratings but let hundreds of thousands of American soldiers be killed unnecessarily. Psychologically, the threat of an action is almost as effective as the action itself. Some feel Bush should at least threaten to use the neutron bomb to isolate the nations that protect terrorism from the nations that support the United States. President Bush does not need the consent of the U.N. or any Arab nations in a coalition to defend the U.S. against terrorist attack. President Bush must defend the U.S. first before any more terrorist attacks can occur. This is why the Lucom Plan must be used according to these military and political fascist within the US military and political circle. The more Bush delays, attempting to build the tenuous coalition, the more time he gives the terrorists for more attacks on the U.S. The idea of the United States will drop the neutron bomb on all nations that harbor terrorists is the same ideology that Hitler harbored during the last days of WW II, by destroying all of Germany's factories and industries, stating, "If Germany is defeated, they will conquer a nation of rubble left in ashes.". This Neutron bomb Lucom Plan states it is far cheaper and will cost far fewer lives of American troops than a ground war. Not one American soldier would be killed. The harboring country would be bombed as Japan was bombed. If Iraq or another terrorist-supporting country was bombed, the other harboring countries would get the message and oust all terrorists, leaving them nowhere to go. They would be turned over to the U.S. for carrying out the death sentence or cease to operate. Even if not turned over, they would have no home base to gather and plan future attacks, so they would be out of business. The Lucom Plan is the most competent, efficient way to end terrorism in a short time, wherever it exists. This type of ideology of using a weapon to end terrorism is frightful and terrifying. Once any nation starts pressing the nuclear option buttons, other nations with similar weapons will respond with a full retaliatory strike on the United States.PRESIDENT BUSH & THE NEUTRON BOMB PLAN
The Trilateral Commission was formed in 1973 by private citizens of Japan, Europe (European Union countries), and North America (United States and Canada) to foster closer cooperation among these core democratic industrialized areas of the world with shared leadership responsibilities in the wider international system. Originally established for three years, The Trilateral Commission renewed for successive triennia (three-year periods), most recently for a triennium to be completed in 2006. When the first triennium of the Trilateral Commission was launched in 1973, the most immediate purpose was to draw together, at a time of considerable friction among governments—the highest level unofficial group possible to look together at the key common problems facing our three areas. At a deeper level, there was a sense that the United States was no longer in such a singular leadership position as it had been in earlier post-World War II years, and that a more shared form of leadership—including Europe and Japan in particular—would be needed for the international system to navigate successfully the major challenges of the coming years. First, the Trilateral Commission remains as important as ever in helping countries fulfill their shared leadership responsibilities in the wider international system and, second, its framework needs to be widened to reflect broader changes in the world. Thus, the Japan Group has become a Pacific Asian Group, and Mexican members have been added to the North American Group. The European Group continues to widen in line with the enlargement of the EU. We are also continuing in this triennium our practice of inviting a number of participants from other key areas.Big Brother's Trilateral Commission
The “growing interdependence” that so impressed the founders of the Trilateral Commission in the early 1970s is deepening into “globalization.” The need for shared thinking and leadership by the Trilateral countries, who (along with the principal international organizations) remain the primary anchors of the wider international system, has not diminished but, if anything, intensified. At the same time, their leadership must change to take into account the dramatic transformation of the international system. The members of the Trilateral Commission are about 350 distinguished leaders in business, media, academia, public service (excluding current national Cabinet Ministers), labor unions, and other non-governmental organizations from the three regions. The regional Chairmen, Deputy Chairmen, and Directors constitute the leadership of the Trilateral Commission, along with an Executive Committee including about 40 other members. The annual meeting of Trilateral Commission members rotates among the three regions. It was held in Washington in 2005, Warsaw in 2004, and Seoul in 2003. The 2006 plenary will be held in Tokyo. The agendas for these meetings have addressed a wide range of issues, an indication of how broadly The Commision see's the partnership among their countries. The project work of the Trilateral Commission generally involves teams of authors from our three regions working together for a year or so on draft reports which are discussed in draft form in the annual meeting and then published. The authors typically consult with many others in the course of their work. The task force reports (Triangle Papers) to the Trilateral Commission have covered a wide range of topics. The regional groups within the Trilateral Commission carry on some activities of their own. The European Group, with its secretariat based in Paris, has an annual weekend meeting each fall. The North American Group, with its secretariat based in Washington D.C. began North American regional meetings in 2002 and occasionally gathers with a special speaker for a dinner or luncheon event. The new Pacific Asian Group, with its secretariat based in Tokyo, began regional meetings in 2000. Each region carries on its own fund-raising to provide the financial support needed for the Trilateral Commission’s work.
When the Trilateral Commission was first launched, the plan was for an equal number of members from each of the three regions. The numbers soon began to grow, and ceilings were imposed about 1980. These ceilings have been raised somewhat since then as new countries came to be represented in the groups. The European group, which includes members from Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Cyprus, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, now has a ceiling of 150 members. The ceiling for the North American group is 110, including 15 Canadian members, 10 Mexican members and 85 U.S. members. In 2000, the Japanese group of 85 members expanded to become a Pacific Asian group of 117 members, and includes 75 members from Japan, 11 members from Korea, 7 from Australia and New Zealand, 15 from the original five ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand). The new Pacific Asian group also includes participants from the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The terrorist acts committed in London have several governments wanting to install more surveillance cameras throughout their cities to increase citizen monitoring. Such countries include Germany, France, and The United States, as well as The United Kingdom which is the global leader in camera surveillance of it's citizens. Cams and other surveillance technology have proven useless in the stopping of any terrorist attack, but do provide intelligence to law enforcement in apprehending the suspects, which may halt future terrorism. The quick capture and identity of the London terrorists is one example of how these Big Brother cameras can help find the perpetrators, but only after the attack has taken place. The commissioner of London police, James Hart stated attacks on London's financial hub and high target buildings are inevitable and that the terrorists are surveying sites that will inflict the most damage in financial or in human life. On August 17 a new report stated that the man Jean Charles De Menezes who was suspected of being linked to the London bombings and then was shot in the head while fleeing from the police wearing a heavy coat was a fabrication of facts by the London police. It is now known the man was not fleeing from the police or was wearing a heavy coat and, while already being restrained by the police the man was then shot in the head several times and once in the shoulder. Again, citizens are being deceived by those whom are are sworn to protect them and now the citizens are being targeted by the police as well as the terrorists.

----------------------------------------------with
Iraqi Prime Minister Ibrahim Jaafari after a meeting in Baghdad.
In August of 2005, President Bush dismissed any speculations about setting a time table on the removal of troops in Iraq and no decision has been made on the removal or the sending of troops to Iraq. Top US Commander General George Casey, along with Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld visited the region and suggested the possibility of removing troops as early as the spring of 2006. President Bush had responded to the Casey incident as rumors and speculation and stressed that progress was being made between the main conflicting Iraq groups, The Kurds, The Shia, and The Sunni. The US has had over 2,000 troops killed in Iraq and Afghanistan through July of 2005. What had began as Iraqi Freedom from the ousted dictator Saddam Hussein may end up as a Iraq civil war between the three factions which would leave the region, and the world in a volatile potion for a regional, if not a global war. Iraq's border neighbor Iran may have already developed a low yield nuclear weapon and Iran's newly elected president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will make an address in the month of September 2005 at The United Nations General Assembly in New York City. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stated, "We did not have a revolution in order to have democracy,". As a young student, Ahmadinejad joined an ultraconservative faction of the Office for Strengthening Unity, the radical student group spawned by the 1979 Islamic Revolution and staged the capture of the US Embassy.

Insurgent attacks against American troops in Iraq are becoming more sophisticated and lethal. The possibility of a Iraq civil war is becoming a reality. The Sunni assassination of Ayatollah Mohammed Baqr al-Hakim and over 100 Shia worshipers at the Imam Ali Shrine in Najaf nearly two years ago is just a sampling of thugs such as Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, whose groups seem more eager murdering Shias than American troops. Sunni supremacists from the deposed Iraq Ba'ath party are enraged that the US invasion has placed Iraq's majority Shia in the political saddle. So far, Shia Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani has restrained the Shia from retaliating against the Sunni and al-Zarqawi's rebel following, but that restraint will be coming to an end as the Shia faction feels it must respond with deadly force and stop the murderous al-Zarqawi. Numerous Sunnis which include clerics are being murdered partly because the Iraqi security services tend to be under Shia control in which Sunnis feel they must take matters in their own hands. Countries such as Turkey are prepared to move into northern Iraq if the Kurds move further to independence while Saudis are flooding into Iraq to kill the apostle Shia. Sunni and Shia clerics are trying to halt this march toward a civil war and the upcoming Iraq constitution due to be finalized may only ignite a much larger war in a region which could cause military global confrontations.
------------------------------------------------------------------------Clinton Global Initiative
Since leaving the White House in 2001, Bill Clinton has been redefining his role as a former U.S. president. Once criticized in the early years of his presidency for dealing primarily with U.S. domestic issues, Mr. Clinton now appears intent on building a legacy as a major force on the world stage. Mr. Clinton's latest project will be unveiled in September 2005 when a delegation of world leaders, U.S. politicians, business leaders and celebrities gather in New York for what is being called the first Clinton Global Initiative. Mr. Clinton said in an interview with VOA that he got the idea for the meeting from Davos, where the World Economic Forum meets each year in Switzerland. The Clinton Global Initiative, to be held Sept. 15-17 in New York to coincide with the U.N. General Assembly meeting, will focus on four topics - poverty, corruption, climate change, and religious and ethnic reconciliation. Among those expected to attend are Prime Minister Tony Blair, King Abdullah of Jordan, U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan and California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Clinton stated, “I got into this specific action because I realized over the last three years how much you could do, if you really focused on a couple of areas and topics to martial resources, organization and will.” His Clinton Foundation most recently negotiated discounts with drug companies for anti-retroviral medicine to be delivered to more than 100,000 people with AIDS in the developing world.. On a recent six nation tour of Africa to assess his foundation's work in helping to fight the HIV and AIDS epidemic, Mr. Clinton proposed providing treatment to an additional 1,000 children in Kenya through the Clinton Foundation's Pediatric HIV/AIDS Initiative. In Rwanda, he donated a year's supply of anti-retroviral treatment for 2,500 children infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS. While in Rwanda, he visited a Rwandan genocide memorial, and expressed regret for what he says was his “personal failure” to prevent the slaughter of an estimated 800,000 people there in 1994.

More than 80% of the world’s population identify themselves as religious. However, longstanding and bitter rivalries have often obscured the shared principles, values, and beliefs inherent in the world’s major religions, and religion has often been used as a excuse for nations to invade and loot other countires to justify oppression and war. Too frequently, Islam’s relationship to Christianity and the West has been marked less by understanding than by mutual ignorance and conflict. In recent years, with the focus on links between civil society and development, religious organizations have been acknowledged for their leadership role. Frequently, for the worlds most vulnerable populations, faith based organizations are the largest provider of services and support, including education, community development, and HIV/AIDS care, although in some cases, religious organizations impede these very efforts. One example was the infamous comments made by US preacher Jerry Fallwell and Pat Robertson who suggested that homosexuals and other individuals were responsible for the September 2001 terrorist attack. This is a prime example of religious zealots, christian fanatics. Because many conflicts derive from differences in faith, religious leaders must be part of any effort at conflict resolution and prevention. Since leaving office, rumours have submereged that Bill Clinton has assperations of becoming the Secratary General of the United Nations and enforce it's title from Secratary General to a virtual President of the world. Many dismiss this theory but admit that a global leader or global president is very plauseable in the near future.
A new Internet virus targeting recently uncovered flaws in Microsoft Corp.'s Windows operating system is circulating on the Internet, an anti-virus computer software maker said on Monday, Agust 15 2005. The ZOTOB virus appeared shortly after the world's largest software maker warned of three newly found "critical" security flaws in its software last week, including one that could allow attackers to take complete control of a computer. Trend Micro Inc. said that the worm exploits security holes in Microsoft's Windows 95, 98, ME, NE, 2000 and XP platforms and can give computer attackers remote access to affected systems. "Hundreds of infection reports were sighted in the United States and Germany," Tokyo-based Trend Micro said. Computer security engineers at Microsoft said that the worm is only targeting Windows 2000 and not the other versions of Windows. "It only affected Windows 2000," said Stephen Toulouse, a manager at Microsoft's Security Response Center. "So far its has shown a very limited impact and we're not seeing any widespread impact to the Internet, but we remain vigilant."NEW COMPUTER WORM BOTZOR
2005 OCTOBER; The Hurricane Katrina and the Pakistan earthquake were nothing more than a spring shower and a small vibration compared to the upcoming future events. The plausible events of a super volcano eruption, the earthquake known as " The Big One ", a terrorist detonation of a nuclear device in a major city or a country launching thermonuclear weapons against another country will happen in the near future. The old cliché' of it's not if it will happen, but when holds as a true doctrine in our current global society. The probabilities of super volcano eruptions, major earthquakes with a 9.5 magnitude on the Richter scale, hurricanes with a category 7-9 rating ( 5 is the highest current rating for hurricanes ) and the event of an asteroid impact is sure to hit the earth, as the moon is a grave reminder with it's multiple impact craters. Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Volcanos, Asteroid impacts have all happened in the last 65 million years and their is no protection against the wrath of nature. It is some what ironic that out of the destruction of these global catastrophes, they contributed to the creation of the current human race. This is one fact which both the scientific community and the religious community both agree, and although they may not even realize it when creationists and evolutionists bicker over the origins of the galaxy. Below is a simple example of what I am illustrating.NOT IF... BUT WHEN ?October 11, 2005
1. The current age of the galaxy is estimated to be 15 billion years old since theory of the Big Bang. Our solar system which includes the Earth is estimated to be 5 billion years old.
2. The current version of the human race inhabiting the earth varies from 250,000 to 1,000,000 years according to archeologists and carbon dating.
3. The chronology order of evolution states that the Universe evolved first, our solar system evolved second, earths land, vegetation, the Sun and Moon and it's oceans evolved third and fourth. The creatures and animal life evolved fifth. The human race or man evolved sixth.
Both ideology and doctrine concerning the chronic order of events in the evolving order of the universe are both totally the same. Many people subscribe to the literal 6 days of creation were measured on a 24 hour day. The Bible mentions that one day with man is like a 1,000 years to God. Man's measure of time is not the same as God's measure of time. One plausible explanation is that God may be in a time line which God is present in all timelines at once, the past, the current, and the future.
October 7 2005 Pakistan EarthQuake; Rescuers searched frantically in the rubble of flattened towns and villages on Sunday for survivors of a devastating earthquake that killed more than 70-90,000 in northern Pakistan and India. The 7.6 magnitude quake, the biggest in Pakistan in memory, was centered in forested mountains of Pakistani Kashmir, near the Indian border, and violently jolted large parts of northern Pakistan, as well as parts of neighboring Afghanistan and India.

Hurricane Katrina
Hurricane Katrina was the first Category 5 hurricane
of the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season. It first made landfall as a Category
1 hurricane just north of Miami, Florida on August 25, 2005, then again
on August 29 along the Central Gulf Coast near New Orleans, Louisiana,
as a Category 4 storm. Katrina resulted in breaches of the levee system
that protected New Orleans from Lake Pontchartrain, and most of the city
was subsequently flooded by the lake's waters. This and other major damage
to the coastal regions of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama made Katrina
the most destructive and costliest natural disaster in the history of the
United States. The official death toll now stands at 1,242 and the damage
higher than $200 billion, a humanitarian crisis on a scale unseen in the
U.S. since the 1930s Great Depression.
In a final note...it is some what ironic that terrorist known states, or governments suspected of supporting them in the areas of Afghanistan and Pakistan, and the United States had both suffered natural disasters on a magnitude of almost biblical proportions within a forty-two day period.
The Yellow Stone Super Volcano
If there is a Yellow Stone Super Volcano eruption,
on a massive scale larger than that of the 1980 Eruption at Mt.
St. Helens, we would need at least a year's worth of supplies because
no food could be grown, farm lands would be useless, temperatures would
drop by as much as 15 degrees. Within 3 months, the entire world would
be covered by clouds. Millions of people would die, most within the surrounding
100 miles - fewer people would die from inhalation of ash as it spreads
mostly east and south from the caldera in widening circles around the area.
600 miles from the caldera is not safe at all. FEMA could not handle this
big an event. The U.S. economy would come to a halt. Grocery stores
would empty out, airlines, trains, buses, and roads would stop. The
occurrence of a super-eruption would have severe environmental effects
and might threaten global civilisation. This is the assessment of a Geological
Society of London working group composed of senior Earth Scientists. The
effects of a super-eruption would be comparable to those predicted for
the impact of a 1km-diameter asteroid with the Earth. In fact, super-eruptions
are 5-10 times more likely to occur than such an impact. Many very large
volcanoes on the Earth are capable of colossal eruptions with global consequences.
Such eruptions are quite frequent on a “geological” timescale, although
not one has occurred on Earth in the short time that an interdependent
human civilisation has existed. However, our present civilisation
depends on global trade and food production, air travel and space-borne
communications, all of which could be at considerable risk if a super-eruption
occurred. There may be several super-eruptions large enough to cause a
global disaster every 100,000 years. This means super-eruptions are
a significant global humanitarian hazard. They occur more frequently
than impacts of asteroids and comets of comparable damage potential.
Prof. Steve Sparks FRS (University of Bristol),
co-lead author, said: “Several of the largest volcanic eruptions of the
last few hundred years, such as Tambora (1815), Krakatoa (1883) and Pinatubo
(1991) have caused major climatic anomalies in the two to three years after
the eruption by creating a cloud of sulphuric acid droplets in the upper
atmosphere. These droplets reflect and absorb sunlight, and absorb
heat from the Earth - warming the upper atmosphere and cooling the lower
atmosphere. The global climate system is disturbed, resulting in
pronounced, anomalous warming and cooling of different parts of the Earth
at different times. Prof. Stephen Self (Open University) said: “Super-eruptions
are up to hundreds of times larger than these, and their global effects
are likely to be much more severe. An area the size of North America
can be devastated, and pronounced deterioration of global climate would
be expected for a few years following the eruption. They could result
in the devastation of world agriculture, severe disruption of food supplies,
and mass starvation. These effects could be sufficiently severe to
threaten the fabric of civilisation.”
Many super eruptions have come from volcanoes
that are either hard to locate or not very well known. An example
is the Valles Caldera in the Jemez Mountains, near to Santa Fe and Los
Alamos, New Mexico. USA. The collapse caldera is 24 km in diameter
and is the result of two explosive super eruptions 1.6 and 1.1 million
years ago, that is 500,000 years apart.
Many large volcanoes on Earth are capable of
explosive eruptions much bigger than any experienced by humanity over historic
time. Such volcanoes may be termed super volcanoes and their colossal
eruptions super eruptions. The occurrence of a super eruption would
have severe environmental effects and might threaten global civilization.
Events at the smaller scale end of the super eruption size spectrum are
quite common when compared to the frequency of other naturally occurring
devastating phenomena such as asteroid impacts. The effects of a
medium scale super eruption would be similar to those predicted for the
impact of a 1 km-diameter asteroid with the Earth, but even super eruptions
of this size are still 5-10 times more likely to occur within the next
few thousand years than an impact.
A repeat of the magnitude 8.3 San Francisco earthquake of 1906, which broke several segments of the San Andreas fault from south of San Jose to Cape Mendocino (a distance of more than 270 miles), is likely to occur during the next few decades. The probability of a 9 or larger along the US Pacific fault line is plausible as well. A quake magnitude of this size could plunge coastal cities into the sea as it did in the mythological story, The Lost City of Atlantis. The precessions of such a biblical quake would produce tsunamis and tidal waves which could reach a mile in height which would put all global coastal cities under water. From January through October of 2005 their has been 10 earthquakes with a magnitude of at least 7.0 on the Richter scale.THE " BIG ONE " EARTHQUAKE
In 1987, the National Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council convened a panel of experts for the first time to evaluate the likelihood for future earthquakes in California. In a report published in 1988, the panel concluded that there was a 50 percent probability for an earthquake of magnitude 7 or larger within the San Francisco Bay Area in 30 years or less. The panel also said there was a 30 percent probability for a 6.5 to 7 magnitude earthquake in the Santa Cruz Mountains within 30 years. This was the highest probability they assigned to any single fault segment in the Bay Area. The 7.1 Loma Prieta earthquake struck in the Santa Cruz Mountains only one year later in 1989. After the Loma Prieta earthquake, the panel of experts was again convened to determine whether they should change the estimate of the probabilities of future large earthquakes in the San Francisco Bay Area because of the earthquake and other new data. Their report, issued in July 1990, was endorsed by the National Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council and the California Earthquake Prediction Evaluation Council. The panel identified four fault segments in the Bay Area along which they now believe large earthquakes are most likely: the peninsula segment of the San Andreas fault between Los Gatos and Hillsborough; the Hayward fault between Fremont and San Leandro; the Hayward fault between San Leandro and San Pablo Bay; and the Rodgers Creek fault between San Pablo Bay and Santa Rosa. They estimated that the probability is about 25 percent for a large earthquake on each one of these fault segments within 30 years. More importantly, when the probabilities of earthquakes on all of these segments are combined mathematically, there is a 67 percent chance for at least one earthquake of magnitude 7 or larger in the San Francisco Bay Area between 1990 and 2020. Such an earthquake could strike at any time, including today.

In September 2005, United Nations General Secretary Kofi Annan addressed the growing threat of a nuclear holocaust to the UN millennium gathering of 150 global leaders. His comments concerned the nuclear weapon ambitions of Iran and the growing nuclear arsenal of North Korea. The birth of nuclear weapons dates back to World War II when the allied forces feared that Nazi Germany was close to producing an atomic weapon. The US developed and detonated the first three nuclear weapons in 1945 in Nagasaki and Hiroshima Japan as well as a test in Alamogordo New Mexico. From 1945 through 2005 there has been over 1,000 nuclear tests where atomic weapons have been detonated. In a December 2003 report, Libya's Muammar Qaddafi admitted seeking biological or nuclear weapons and has ceased activities on acquiring these weapons The current global arsenal is estimated at 37,000 nuclear weapons.---NUCLEAR ARMAGEDDON

The biggest threat to a future nuclear war is
the United States plan of deploying weapons in space in which both Russia
and China have vowed retaliation if the US continues it's militarization
plans for space. The United States goal to weaponize space will lead to
a new global space war and arms race. The United States current technology
could already field and deploy defensive and offensive weapons in space
as well as on the ground. President George Bush ordered a review in 2002
concerning space weapons. Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld stated
that the United States could face a "Space Pearl Harbor" and that US satellites
must have some form of protection. Russia and China are concerned with
the US plans to deploy weapons in space. One senior Russian diplomat has
warned the United States that Russia would respond with force if weapons
are deployed in space and China stated it would develop counter weapons
to neutralize any such space weapons. On May 24, 2005 Vladimir Yermakov,
The Russian Embassy counselor stated if the Americans put a combat weapon
into space that Russia would have to react. "Our policy is not to create
situations that would lead to a confrontation with the United States government.
But, if we find ourselves in a situation were we need to react, we will.."
In July of 2005 Chinese General Zhu Chenghu stated, " China is prepared to use nuclear weapons against The United States if they get involved in a China-Taiwan confrontation. If the Americans are determined to interfere, we will respond." The Chinese government down played the General Zhu remarks, but it displayed the aggressive attitude of the Chinese military leaders. In the past China has vowed to retake Taiwan by force if necessary. The Zhu statement have raised concerns at the Pentagon. China has already retargeted 75% of it's nuclear missiles to hit American cities.
-ASTEROID IMPACT
------
One astroid which is being watched is the 1,312-foot wide asteroid Apophis should come within 24,000 miles of Earth when it passes by the planet on April 13, 2029, giving astronomers the opportunity to observe how the Earth's gravitational pull affects its orbit, according to the study, written by University of Michigan professor Daniel Scheeres and colleagues. Former astronaut Rusty Schweickart, who flew on Apollo 9 in March 1969, wants Congress to fund a mission to investigate the possibility that Apophis will strike Earth in 2036. Such a strike would create a tsunami that could cause as much as $400 billion damage and destroy an area as big as Connecticut, Schweickart said. Apophis, named after an Egyptian god of destruction and darkness, was discovered in December by NASA's Spaceguard Survey, a program started in 1998 to search for asteroids and near-Earth objects larger than 1 kilometer wide. In 2004, a 100-foot-diameter asteroid made the closest approach to Earth ever recorded, passing within 26,500 miles on March 18.
2005 DECEMBER: The periodical THIS WEEK magazine reported on numerous CIA prison camps which were being ran in several countries such as Afghanistan, and Thailand. These camps were being ran in these countries to deliberately to be out of any US legal jurisdiction and beyond US law. One report showed that torture is still being used and that over 40 suspected terrorists have died in these CIA foreign prisons from unnatural deaths which included strangulation, asphyxiation, and blunt force injuries. Other stories concerning these torture camps appeared in Time magazine, NewsWeek, The Washington Post, and numerous other reporting agencies. Also, an Italian documentary had stated that US Troops used incendiary biological weapons similar to napalm on a attack against insurgents in Fullujah last November. The biological chemical involved contained a lethal chemical called white phosphorus. One solider identified as Jeff Englehart said he was aware or orders to use bombs against civilian targets in which he had seen the burned bodies of men, women and children. The Pentagon had no comment on this issue according to the report. Spain is also investigating the January 2004 CIA use of a plane on the island of Mallorca in which the US was transporting detainees to these secret prisons. Spanish Interior Jose Antonio Alonso if this incident is true, then Spain would be looking at very serious and intolerable acts committed by the US. One can only wonder about the treatment of citizens in American prisons in which these institutions hold 10% of the total current US population. The US has detained over 83,000 foreigners since the 9/11 attacks. Among those, 14,500 still remain in custody today in US global prison installations.US TORTURE PRISONS
Other unsettling news concerns alleged dirty bomb suspect Jose Padilla whom was accused in June 2002 of plotting to detonate a nuclear device in a US city. Padilla, a former Chicago gang member, had been imprisoned for three years without any charges ever being filed against him. The Bush Administration has maintained that Padilla had al Qaida ties, which justified labeling him as an enemy~combatant. "This case stands as an embarrassment example of needless and self defeating excess in the war on terror", stated The Washing ton Post. This type of Patriot Act mentality and paranoia is summed up by an article in The Boston Globe, where reporter Jeff Jacoby wrote: "Another slaughter on American soil would trigger a incredible wave of panic and paranoia, and Americans would not only accept but demand the expansions of police and governmental power." The idiocy of such statements in a respected newspaper as The Boston Globe staggers the judicial and constitutional process on which our country was built upon. To further expand The Patriot's Act's unconstitutional acts of snooping, throwing citizens in prison without any charges or access to legal council is not patriotic at all. It's the type legislation that only Hitler's Nazi Germany and Stalin's Communist Russia would embrace.
U.K. Prime Minister Tony Blair announced the approval of biometrics identify cards in October 2005 after The House of Commons passed the proposal with a 309 to 284 votes. The U.K. biometrics identity cards may set the global standard for all nations in which the global population will be marked and scanned and the biometrics information then stored in a global data base.THE UK BIOMETRICS CARD

India has now over taken South Africa as the country with the largest HIV population.THE GLOBAL GROWTH OF AIDS

2005 DEC. 23: Many Americans are shocked at President Bush use of the National Security Agency for Domestic Spying That Violates Constitutional Limits and Federal Laws. The ACLU, Congress, and global citizens expressed shock about revelations reported in the New York Times in December of 2005 that President Bush secretly authorized the National Security Agency to eavesdrop on conversations of Americans and others in the United States. According to the report, this spying occurred without any court order and was focused on telephone and e-mail communications of "hundreds, perhaps thousands, of people inside the United States" with persons abroad. Electronic surveillance law generally prohibits non-consensual eavesdropping in the U.S. without a court order based on probable cause. Eavesdropping on conversations of U.S citizens and others in the United States without a court order and without complying with the procedures of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act is both illegal and unconstitutional. The Bush administration is claiming extraordinary presidential powers at the expense of civil liberties and is putting the president above the law. Congress must investigate this report thoroughly. The Patriot Act already provides law enforcement a wide array of surveillance powers and it vastly expands the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. These disclosures show that the kinds of safeguards many members of Congress are trying to build into the Patriot Act are urgently needed. The activities of using Internet technology by reading e-mail, file attachments, and what web sites citizens visit have been monitored by government agencies such as the NSA and FBI. since 2001 and probably well before that date.

US MAINTAINS CONTROL OF THE INTERNET2005 DEC. 23: The British news paper The London Independent recently printed a story of the US control of the Internet: "We've all gotten used to the US acting unilaterally and ignoring world opinion, but when it comes to whom controls the most vital communication tool which the world depends on, we were hoping the Americans would share." At the World Summit meeting in Tunisia the US will let the California based nonprofit Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ( ICANN ) continue to be in control of assigning domain names and IP numbers. Every country whom attended the summit wants the ICANN Internet control handed over to The United Nations. The European Union went to the summit united with China, India, and Brazil who all argued against the US control of the Internet but the US refused to cede ground. The US argued that a United Nations control of the Internet would lead to censorship. Edinburgh's The Scotsman reported at the summit the countries who were screaming the loudest were totalitarian hellholes like Zimbabwe and Iran. The Paris newspaper Le Monde ran an article that ICANN, in theory, could disable all of France's domain names, which end with .fr. Berlin reporter Matthias Spielkamp who writes for Die Tageszeitung, made a interesting observation by writing," Corporations who dominate Internet can be a danger in themselves. Just look at what Google and Yahoo have done to gain the Chinese market. Google agreed to the Chinese government to filter out any political content that the Chinese government feels is inappropriate. The one thing that effects our lives concerning the world's largest communication system should not be controlled." In fact, 51 of 100 of the largest global economic entities are Corporations and not Nations. China and India are rapidly growing in the global world supply chain. India itself has become the current leading provider of technical services. A powerful tool is only safe when used properly and the Internet is no exception. One plausible alternative is being developed by a Irish software designer and free speech advocate Ian Clarke who is developing a different version of the Internet known as FREENET. Some advocates have accused FREENET as building a dark-side version of the Internet which lies beyond the reach of law enforcement. FREENET has no corporate body that can be slapped with a court order. FREENET would consist of software that connects individual PCs in an ad hoc way over the Internet and the PCs user can pass files over the network and mask it's Internet users identity. The current main concerns of the private and public sector are identify theft and computer extortion.
------------------------------------------------------------------DECEMBER 23, 2005
Identity theft victims are easy prey if they surf the Internet feeling safe and secure. The Internet has become a top tool for those intent on causing chaos and crime. People who would not give out such sensitive information as bank account or credit card numbers, PIN numbers, and their social security number are falling to computer criminals known as phishers, hackers, and teenage kids or kiddy scripts. People also would not want their information known to others, such as a criminal record or financial history of bankruptcy, especially to an employer. While people would prefer to keep such criminal or financial records private, this information can be legally and easily obtained through public records. What the Internet does is that it amplifies the problem by providing a cheap form of searching for individual information. On the Internet, sensitive information and private information may fall into the same category where a individual search would provide both results. This type of scamming people in order to gather their sensitive information has led to a higher degree of crime in the form of online extortion. Sharon Lemon, head of the National High Tech Crime Unit commented on this growing wave of computer crime, " It is the kind of criminal activity that gangsters used in the 1920's. Pay up or we will shut your business down, in this case, a company's web site." The extortion threat is simple. These people will flood your web site with enormous requests packets known as DDOD ( distributed denial of service ) which will flood a companies web server until it virtually shuts it down and users can no longer access the company web site. One tactic that is used in these DDOD attacks are done by individuals known as BOT MASTERS who have accessed thousands of computers, in business and home alike unknown to the computer's owner. A certain software program which is embedded in these zombie computers is then launched to attack a particular web site by flooding it with information until the server is so overloaded that it shuts down. These BOT NETS appeared in the early 1990s and their rapid growth has been attributed to the explosion of growth in the home owners use of broad band computers. Security director of QinetiQ, Tony Dyhouse stated, " These type of attacks began by targeting online gambling web sites. If the site's online betting is interrupted for hours, it can cost them millions in revenues." These attacks then expanded to online payment services and financial institutions. One company which had been attacked several times was the online payment site PROTX. The threat was the same every time. If PROTX didn't pay $10,000 then their site would be flooded and forced to be shut down. The attackers made good on their promise when PROTX. refused to be extorted and they launched their BOT DDOD attack. PROTX is now one of the most secured sites on the Internet as it now spends $876,000 annually on computer security. While PROTX was adamant by not paying the black mail money, but many companies unfortunately do. Those companies who do succumb to this extortion, do not deliver the money stuffed in duffle bags. The money is electronically transferred and washed through a cascade of accounts.Other forms being used by computer criminals is hiding their identity by hiding their tracks by masking the requesting IP addresses through proxy servers.
In 2000, it use to be kids in their bedrooms typing in malicious code on their PC who wanted notoriety by exploiting their computer hacking skills to their online friends, but that has all changed. Today these BOT MASTERS are well funded organizations employed by criminal enterprises such as the Russian Mafia, Middle Eastern Gangs, and American Organized Crime syndicates. Others involved may be the very same online Security Companies who provide Internet security service to the same companies they attack. They can have their cake and eat it too as many American Corporations & their CEOs have been exposed in the last decade as nothing more than criminal enterprises themselves, as in ENRON and CEO Charles Keeting fiasco which left millions of American citizens penniless due to corporate greed. There are ways to help you protect yourself from identity theft according to some analysts by visiting online sites such as Credit Report , and the three major credit reporting agencies online, TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. Let the consumer beware while visiting sites that seem credible as their is no doubt that certain individuals employed by these agencies may be criminals as well. Whom better to steal your identity than those who have access to your credit history and private information. Another precaution is alerting the credit reporting agencies by phone and request a Initial Fraud Alert on your record.

The American Internet customer was being computerized and monitored years prior to 911. In 2001 The Government was embarrassed when it was caught using cookies to track internet users and the sites they visit. One example included that anyone who visited President's White House web site www.whitehouse.gov computer cookies were added on the person's computer hard drive in order to spy on them and gather surveillance information. After being chastised by watchdog groups, the White House issued an order to all Federal departments and agencies: no more cookies. The White House was embarrassed last week by the revelation that it used cookies -- bits of computer code that track and record users' movements across web sites which may be tbe act of violating its own privacy policies and possibly violating federal privacy laws. Restricted by law from eavesdropping on American citizens, the super secret National Security Agency nevertheless drafted policies for dealing with communications intercepted from or about Hillary Rodham Clinton, former President Jimmy Carter and unidentified candidates for national office in 1996, agency memos show. NSA officials deny any wrongdoing, insisting that the memos were written by in house lawyers merely to help agency personnel comply with laws that forbid spying on U.S. citizens who aren't directly involved in foreign intelligence matters.
